The problem
The modular building at this Atherton site was due to be craned in on a fixed date. Every element of the enabling works had to be planned and delivered within two weeks to keep the lift on track.

What we did
- Foundation pads for the modular structure
- Drainage connections and electrical trenching
- Concrete skirting to the building perimeter
- Access ramps started before the lift and finished after

The result
The full package was finished on programme, from ground preparation to finished access, ready for the building to be installed and commissioned without interruption.
Honestly couldn't have asked for more from your team, they knew what needed doing and just got on with it. Handover was clean and the groundworks went smoothly. Good work
