The problem

A school in Manchester was getting a new modular building. Before it could be craned into position, the site had to be fully prepared, all within a tight two-week programme.

What we did

  • Foundation pads to receive the modular structure
  • Drainage connections and electrical trenching
  • Concrete skirting around the building perimeter
  • Access ramps installed before and after the crane lift

The result

Delivered on programme, leaving a clean, ready site for the building to be craned in and commissioned, and accessible and compliant from day one.
