Site compound installation for commercial and industrial sites

Send your brief

Managing several subcontractors for a site compound leads to delays, mistakes and stress. We deliver the complete compound in-house instead.

Our supply chain and in-house specialists let us mobilise quickly and deliver to programme. When your project finishes, we decommission the compound and hand the land back to the landowner.

Concrete yard repairs and drainage upgrades
All the feedback we've had from site has been really positive. I've also got to give credit for how you have managed some of the on-site issues that required making design changes on the fly. This showed great pragmatism. As always, it's a pleasure working with PKB on this project.

Common questions

Can't see your question? Call us or send your brief and we'll come back to you.

Send your brief
Do you act as the main contractor or subcontract?

We typically act as Principal Contractor, responsible for planning, coordination and delivery on site. You get one point of contact from first assessment to completion. If a project needs specialist input, we manage it as part of the overall package.

What happens at a free site survey?

We walk the site with you and assess ground conditions, drainage, loading and access. You get a safety and compliance review, a budget and cost analysis, a phasing and maintenance plan, and recommendations specific to your site. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do you only work on commercial sites?

Yes. We work only on commercial and industrial sites: external concrete yards, service areas and access routes at recycling facilities, ports, manufacturing plants, transport depots and builders' merchants. We do not take on domestic or small private works.

Do you travel nationwide or just locally?

We work on commercial and industrial sites across the UK and regularly travel for larger yard refurbishments and repair programmes. Each project location is assessed on scope, scale and programme.

Got a yard that's holding you back?

Tell us what's happening on site. We'll review your brief and, if it's a good fit, arrange a free site survey.
