The problem
A springs manufacturer's yard wasn't fit for purpose. The ground was hazardous, and there wasn't enough solid surface to run a safe one-way traffic system around the site.

What we did
- 500m² of new yard concrete across the full footprint
- Excavated material compacted into an internal pit on site instead of being taken away
- Site kept clean throughout, with a road sweeper

The result
A firm, consistent surface that supports the one-way system the client needed. Keeping the excavated material on site avoided the cost and disruption of waste runs and kept extra HGVs off a working site.
