The problem
This Rochdale builders merchant needed more from their yard. The retaining wall was bigger than the site needed, and an old fence line with overgrown shrubs was wasting space along the boundary.

What we did
- Original retaining wall removed and replaced with a smaller concrete wall
- Fence and vegetation cleared along the boundary
- 200m² of new concrete, including a brushed finish slab
- Concrete plinth to extend racking capacity

The result
More usable yard and more racking, delivered in three weeks while the merchant stayed open with no disruption to deliveries or customers.
