The problem
This Bolton builders merchant had run out of room. Vehicles and stock were competing for space, and they needed more usable yard to store materials and run the site.

What we did
- Existing retaining wall reinforced to support the larger footprint
- 400m² of new reinforced concrete across the extension
- Slab specified for a high-traffic trade yard
- Programme sequenced so deliveries, collections and customer access stayed clear

The result
More usable yard space, built to take the daily loading of a busy trade yard, with the merchant open and trading throughout.
