The problem
A Bolton manufacturer had unused land behind their warehouse. Turning it into yard space would let them expand without relocating, but it needed to be fully operational from the day it was handed over.

What we did
- Site clearance
- Approximately 1,250m² of concrete hardstanding, brush finished with bullnosed edges
- New ACO drainage channels and a separator tank
- Retaining wall to secure the boundary
- Lighting towers and racking

The result
A purpose-built yard that gave the client significant new capacity without the cost or disruption of moving premises. It was ready to use the moment it was handed over.
