Manufacturing yards take heavy daily use from HGVs, forklifts and constant loading and unloading. When surfaces crack, drain poorly or become uneven, they create safety risks and disrupt production.

We repair, resurface and upgrade external yards for manufacturing sites across the UK, managing every project in-house from survey to completion.

Concrete repairs
The fact you have a road sweeper coming on-site to clean up, is very much appreciated and shows attention to detail. Your team always work clean and tidy, and what really stood out is their communication and the fact nothing is too much trouble. The concrete repairs exceeded my expectations and should make the area much safer to work in.

Common questions

Can't see your question? Call us or send your brief and we'll come back to you.

Send your brief
Do you only work on commercial sites?

Yes. We work only on commercial and industrial sites: external concrete yards, service areas and access routes at recycling facilities, ports, manufacturing plants, transport depots and builders merchants. We do not take on domestic or small private works.

Can you work around traffic, HGVs and shift patterns?

Yes. Most of our projects are on live sites with HGVs and other vehicles moving. We phase the works, agree access routes in advance and coordinate with your site management. Where needed, we work around shift patterns or outside peak hours.

Do you act as the main contractor or subcontract?

We typically act as Principal Contractor, responsible for planning, coordination and delivery on site. You get one point of contact from first assessment to completion. If a project needs specialist input, we manage it as part of the overall package.

Do you cover emergency repairs?

Yes. We respond to urgent external concrete repairs where safety or operations are at risk. We assess quickly and carry out a temporary or permanent repair depending on how serious the problem is. The priority is making the area safe and usable again.

Do you travel nationwide or just locally?

We work on commercial and industrial sites across the UK and regularly travel for larger yard refurbishments and repair programmes. Each project location is assessed on scope, scale and programme.

How quickly can you get to site to assess an issue?

It depends on location and our current programme, but we aim to assess urgent issues as quickly as possible. We can often give an initial view from photos or video, then visit site to scope the works properly. Time-sensitive problems get priority.

Got a yard that's holding you back?

Tell us what's happening on site. We'll review your brief and, if it's a good fit, arrange a free site survey.
