Common questions

Can't see your question? Call us or send your brief and we'll come back to you.

Send your brief
How long do groundworks take on a commercial site?

Most commercial groundworks programmes run between two and eight weeks depending on scope. We survey every site first and give you a fixed programme, so you know when we start and when we finish.

Will groundworks disrupt our day to day operations?

Not if they are planned properly. We have been working on live commercial and industrial sites for 40 years and phase every programme around your vehicle movements, deliveries and staff access.

How much do commercial groundworks cost?

Cost depends on scope, ground conditions and access. We survey for free and give you a fixed price before work starts.

Do you use subcontractors?

Our groundworks are delivered by our own directly employed team, which gives us full control over quality, safety and programme from day one to handover. If a project needs specialist input, we manage it as part of the package as Principal Contractor.

Where in the UK do you work?

We work nationally, with completed projects in Glasgow, Sunderland, Nuneaton, Poole and across the North West. Our head office is in Rochdale, so Greater Manchester is our busiest region. If your site is further afield, tell us where it is when you send your brief and we will confirm mobilisation at survey.

Got a yard that's holding you back?

Tell us what's happening on site. We'll review your brief and, if it's a good fit, arrange a free site survey.
